Service Description

Going to be around the day of the market or pop-up and wanting a new piece of jewelry? You will booking to have a 30 minute appointment with myself, the owner and creator of Juliet & Emma. I will guide you through the best options to suite you lifestyle and preferences. I have many options of mixed chain, .925 sterling silver, 14k Gold-filled and rose gold-filled chains. There are also multiple connector options to create pieces that tell stories and add personality. Only high-quality materials are used from Canadian and American suppliers. Each piece is custom fitted and welded on site. Options of necklaces, rings, bracelets and anklets are available. You will given a guide of care and proper products to care for your new piece. There is no fee for these and walk-in are welcomed. Walk-ins may need to come at specific times as booked appointments will have priority. However, there is only a 10 minute buffer and your appointment may be cancelled and need to be rebooked if late. Prices vary on location and amount of chain required or any add-ons chosen at time of appointment. Pricing starts at $50


Cancellation Policy

Deposits are refundable up to 24 hours before your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable if cancelled less than 24 hours, or a full business day (whichever is greater) before your appointment. However, if you wish to reschedule, your deposit can be transferred to your new appointment time and date. Full payment must be received by or on the day of the appointment. The payment options available are as follows: After the deposit, there may be additional cost for services. For example, deposit of $25 for permanent jewelry appointment. However, chains start at $75, a remainder of $50 will remain to be paid at appointment. We accept Cash, Debit or Credit Cards: We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. For large events only card will be accepted. Punctuality: We kindly request that you arrive 5 minutes early to allow adequate time for preparation and to enhance your overall experience. Arriving late: Arriving late will disrupt your appointment, reducing the time available for your experience. Your appointment will end at the scheduled time to avoid any disruption for the next appointment. No show: We recommend contacting us to notify us if you will be arriving late. Failure to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notification may result in the disengagement or cancellation of any agreements with our company. Additionally, your deposit or future appointments may be forfeited. Cancellation: We hold a strict scheduling policy due to the limited availability of appointments and to respect the other appointments made. Therefore, we kindly request that you respect our 24 hour, or a full business day, whichever is greater, to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
