Jewelry Repair and Replacement Policy: We at Juliet & Emma are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with the jewelry pieces you purchase from us. This Jewelry Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding repairs, replacements, and care for your jewelry.​
Repair and Rewelding: All Juliet & Emma jewelry chains have free repair weld service. Before rewelding, all chains will be inspected for integrity. If the chain is compromised, it will need to be replaced at the cost of the customer. Rewelding of chains purchased outside of Juliet & Emma jewelry will have reweld fee for $10.
Lost Jewelry: In the unfortunate event that you lose your jewelry piece within 14 days of purchase, we offer a replacement chain at half the original purchase price. This replacement policy is applicable only within the initial 14-day period from the date of purchase.

Tarnish: Tarnishing of jewelry is a natural process and can occur due to various external factors, such as exposure to chemicals, products, and environmental conditions. We, Juliet & Emma Jewelry, are not held responsible for tarnish that may develop on your jewelry due to these factors. We do provide a care bag to help keep your jewelry maintance minimal.

Tarnish Care and Maintenance: To help you maintain the luster and appearance of your jewelry, we provide tarnish cloths and a mild soap with a brush. We recommend using these products for routine cleaning and maintenance, once weekly. In the event that tarnish persists despite your best efforts, we offer professional cleaning services. This will include having the jewelry removed, cleaned, and rewelded. Services provided at home boutique only.

Exclusions: This Jewelry Policy does not cover damage or defects caused by negligence or misuse by the customer. Normal wear and tear, or loss of gemstones due to damage or mishandling.

Adult Consent: For children under 16, there must be a guardian present during the service and consent signed. Clasps will only be applied for ages 4 to 10, at no extra charge. No services will be rendered for children 3 years and younger.
Once chains are cut the sale is final. No exclusions.
Client Consent
Purpose: The application of permanent jewelry is a non-invasive procedure that includes welding jewelry together in place of a clasp. The procedure will be performed by a trained and experienced practitioner.
Risks and Complications: I am aware that there are potential risks and complications associated with permanent jewelry placement, including but not limited to infection. allergic reactions, discomfort or irritation, burns, scarring, and the need for further medical intervention or removal. I am aware of the possibility of the jewelry becoming loose or falling off due to unforeseen circumstances. I acknowledge that I have been informed of these risks and still wish to proceed with the procedure
Aftercare: I will adhere to the aftercare instructions provided by the jewelry practitioner to ensure the proper maintenance of the permanent jewelry.
Maintenance: I acknowledge that proper maintenance, including regular cleaning and tightening of the jewelry, may be required. Neglecting maintenance may decrease the lifespan of the jewelry.
Personal Responsibility: I take full responsibility for the jewelry after it is placed. including any potential damage, loss, or theft. I acknowledge that, although this jewelry is intended to be permanent, durable, and long-lasting, it is not indestructible and the length of wear can vary depending on physical activity and other factors. I understand that Juliet & Emma Jewelry will not be liable for any such incidents. I acknowledge that I do not have a pacemaker, a sensitivity or allergy to any metals, or have any other condition that might make this permanent jewelry experience unsafe.
Consent to Procedure: I consent to the permanent jewelry placement procedure and acknowledge that the practitioner has explained the procedure, risks, and aftercare instructions to me. I have had the opportunity to ask questions and have received satisfactory answers.

Financial Responsibility: I understand that there will be a fee associated with the permanent jewelry placement procedure, which will be discussed and agreed upon prior to the procedure.
Cancellation Policy
Deposits are refundable up to 24 hours before your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable if cancelled less than 24 hours, or a full business day (whichever is greater) before your appointment. However, if you wish to reschedule, your deposit can be transferred to your new appointment time and date.

Full payment must be received by or on the day of the appointment. The payment options available are as follows:

After the deposit, there may be additional cost for services. For example, deposit of $25 for permanent jewelry appointment. However, chains start at $75, a remainder of $50 will remain to be paid at appointment. We accept Cash, Debit or Credit Cards: We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. For large events only card will be accepted.

Punctuality: We kindly request that you arrive 5minutes early to allow adequate time for preparation and to enhance your overall experience.

Arriving late: Arriving late will disrupt your appointment, reducing the time available for your experience. Your appointment will end at the scheduled time to avoid any disruption for the next appointment.

No show: We recommend contacting us to notify us if you will be arriving late. Failure to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notification may result in the disengagement or cancellation of any agreements with our company. Additionally, your deposit or future appointments may be forfeited.
Cancellation: We hold a strict scheduling policy due to the limited availability of appointments and to respect the other appointments made. Therefore, we kindly request that you respect our 24 hour, or a full business day, whichever is greater, to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
